Staff was very professional and friendly

We had an excellent visit with Dr. French his nursing team!

Dr. Inman was nice and ready to give me a plan of treatment forward. He inserted plugs and told me to not hesitate if I was still having problems, to come back sooner than scheduled appointment if Im in pain. All the ladies in the back were nice but the checkout lady...... not so much. She was kinda dismissive. I just thanked her and left.

Pre testing went very well with Meredith. Made me feel comfortable especially with eye pressure test which I get jumpy and blink

He really made me comfortable and relaxed as he described my eye conditions and what to expect about the upcoming surgery and recovery and, answered all my questions.
