Staff is very friendly and competent in their work and take time with you rather than rushing you through. I have been seeing Dr. Throneburg since Dr. Cox passed and am very pleased that he continued the same care and concern for his patients that he did. He takes the time for questions and explains findings so you can understand.

I went to Dr. Hales for an eye exam. My appointment was on time and the staff was great. I was in and out in 1 hour. Dr Hales was thorough and pleasant to work with.

Excellent experience! Worth waiting for an appointment. Focus on eye health, more so than selling glasses.

Courteous and professional. Technicians quite competent. Dr. Mincey explained everything thoroughly and I have complete confidence in him. Highly recommend.

Overall the experience was good. Staff was friendly. Even as busy as they were the wait was not that long. Only downside was that once I saw the doctor things felt a little rushed. But this could be because of how busy they were. Everything considered it was a good experience.
