There was some issue with the insurance company. Dr White and his staff went above and beyond to clear it up so I could have my procedure done in a timely manner. I do not believe many Drs would have handled this personally like he did. My surgery was very successful and I am thankful for my beautiful new eyes!

Very pleasant staff. No rushing to get things done. Always explains what the drops are for and make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Pecen explains what tests show, asks if having any problems since last visit, makes sue eyes are numb before proceeding with shots. I have recommended Carolina Eye and Dr. Pecen to my friends that are having problems.

They were very caring and accomodating by working my Dad in for an emergent appointment for the next day. Dr. Derek DelMonte is very professional and thorough! I definitely recommend this practice and doctor!

Great customer service from the entire Sanford staff Dr Hale his assistants.Dr Hales was very thorough in examining my right eye diagnosis of an eye infectiion explained each step by step procedure he was going to do while in the chair. Then he explained that I need an antioxidant eye cream for my eye, called in a prescription explaining eye care for the week. Dr Hale was very kind, understanding when I left the office, I was very happy and satisfied. Kudos to all the Carolina Eye staff.
