I came to Carolina Eye Associates for vision exam and get a prescription for glasses. My visit went very well. I was checked in by polite workers, the nurses and the doctor were great. Doctor showered my vision with compliments, said my vision is great. I felt encouraged, and was able to get a prescription. They did everything well and quickly. Thank you!

Everyone at Carolina Eye Associates is very nice and cares about the well-being of my eyes. Dr. Mincey takes time to do a thorough exam and ask me questions, as well as lets me ask questions as well. He doesn't recommend treatment that isn't needed, but make sure everything is done to keep my eyes healthy.

Dr. Shah made me feel very comfortable at my appointment. I have anxiety and I was anxious, but he and his entire staff helped me to feel at ease knowing they have my best interest at hand. He explained that he would remove both cataracts within 2 weeks of each other,as long as they heal properly. Also he explained how my cataract removal surgeries would go step by step and in terms that I can understand. I was so thankful that he could do the first eye as soon as 2 weeks away. He Offered a solution at my appt. For my severe dry eye problem as well and performed it right away in the office that day. He explained he even did that for his mother and it helped her,Which made me feel lots better. Thank you to Dr Christopher Shah and your staff. I look forward to seeing you at my cataract removal surgery in a couple weeks. This is the team to see for sure!!

The office is busy but ran quite efficiently. My nurse was exceptional. So kind And observant. She goes above and beyond. Dr Millender was the kindest doctor I have ever met. She was very informative and explained in ways I could understand.
