They are very thorough and knowledgeable of eye issues. They explain what needs to be done and gives you the available options. The staff is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Carolina Eye Associates.

The provider and staff are all super nice. They do need to improve the workflow of getting patients in timely. My appointment was at 7:30 am, didnt see the optometrist until 9 and heading home at 9:30. That is a bit much honestly.

The office space, waiting room, and examining rooms are clean and spacious. The ladies who assist before the doctor visits are clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. I enjoy Carolina Eye.

My appointment was at 9:20am. I was checkout and leaving by10:20am. Everyone was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

My experience at the Raeford location was great! Dr. Faircloth was very thorough and answered all of my questions. There are not many doctors left that actually make you feel heard that dont make you feel as if they are rushing to get to their next patient or end their day, so I highly recommend him!
