Very smooth process from start to finish. Everyone very professional

I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of Carolina Eye Associates. I was about5 minutes late for my 1st appointment with them (didn't realize how long a drive it would be.). I waited a bit for the registration process, but from then on there were waits between what I will call Medical update and seeing Dr. J White of less than 2 minutes. I was and still am very impressed. I am glad I have this opportunity to tell you and others this.Everyone was very customer service oriented and smiling pleasantly. I had forgotten my ears that morning and they all spoke a bit louder - great memories!! Dr Wite was very nice, explained what was going to happen and I am glad he was so highly recommended and, I think. will live up to my expectations.A great experience - the best I have had in a long time at a Dr. office!!!!KUDOS to everyone!!!!

It was my first time at this clinic. It was really busy and I thought it would be a l ok ng wait. I can not have been more happy with my experience. Almost all of the people were in a room and many of them were leaving the hospital. I was called to my room and was told it would be a few testing for my eyesight and I would be able to see the doctor it was good for me to get a better understanding of the process and how it would help my eye appointment. Thanks again for letting me know and dr miller was there a very short time and wait. I cant believe had so many tests and I havent been in the chair for a long time. It was good to see the tests for dietbetes werent too hard on my eyes. Thanks for great experienceKimarie schroeder

Had cataract surgery on 4-12-22. The staff in the surgical center were very professional and efficient. Great experience.
