Very Professional staff & dr M eesner had a Great personality wh a little humor. Explained procedure were I could understand. Pleasant friendly & atmosphere. Pandemic safety in place which I really appreciated with my respiratory health issues. Paula

The care and eye surgery outcome was great but the exhausting wait and never ending labyrinth of waiting rooms and sub-waiting rooms was too much. I would never have agreed to one day care if I had any idea it was that grueling. They are very honest upfront that it is a long day, 6-8 hours. I had the other eye previously done so my frame of reference was based on that experience. This was nothing like that. Same outcome, good eyesight, but the process was a bit overwhelming. I saw so many people that I could not even count them. A return visit the next day for a simple post-op check was 1:45 minutes. The eye is better, no cataract, but be prepared to wait and then wait some more.
