I am so impressed with Carolina Eye. 5 minute wait to get checked in. Then I went with a technician who performed a quick eye test for vision and pressure. I then went into a separate waiting room to see Dr White. 10 minute wait to see Dr White. He is excellent! Explained the procedure so I could understand exactly what he is doing. My visit took 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

Dr A. Almony is a great Macular Degeneration Doctor. So glad she is my MD Doctor.

Busy place, lots of parking and transport service from the parking lot. Very efficient check-in process and seen the DR rather quickly. Their scheduler was very informative and worked with our schedule.

Dr Shah is absolutely wonderful. Had cataract surgery on both eyes and Dr Shah did a wonderful job. He also did cataract surgery on my friend and she is also extremely satisfied with the results.However, I cant say the same for their billing department. I have had a couple of issues with bills and called and left a message and absolutely no call back or email of any kind. The first time it just resolved itself with no explanation, and this last time is still not resolved. No call back, no email, no response of any kind. It has been weeks and I have made several attempts to contact someone to get it resolved.
