Busy place, lots of parking and transport service from the parking lot. Very efficient check-in process and seen the DR rather quickly. Their scheduler was very informative and worked with our schedule.

Dr Shah is absolutely wonderful. Had cataract surgery on both eyes and Dr Shah did a wonderful job. He also did cataract surgery on my friend and she is also extremely satisfied with the results.However, I can't say the same for their billing department. I have had a couple of issues with bills and called and left a message and absolutely no call back or email of any kind. The first time it just resolved itself with no explanation, and this last time is still not resolved. No call back, no email, no response of any kind. It has been weeks and I have made several attempts to contact someone to get it resolved.

The staff and physician are wonderful people

I was extremely with the staff at Carolina Eye Associates from the first minute I walked in .They did a great job of explaining each procedure as we went along. I was very scared because of high BP I was told by the Doctors at Randolph Hospital you had the best dr in the triad to treat me. I was given an immediate appointment and after testing i did see the best Dr in the Triad and she explained what had happened and explained treatment. Injections in the eye monthly. She gave me the first injection at that visit. I came home rested and awoke the next morning with some vision in the eye. I am so pleased to be a patient at Carolina Eye Associates

It takes a few minutes to see a provider, but everyone is very nice. Staff is very knowledgeable and experts in their field. Dr. French is kind but focused. I appreciate his willingness to accept questions and willing to stay until you are satisfied with his answers. Highly recommend!
