Dr. Shah answered all of my questions and spent time reassuring me. I am feeling very comfortable now going into the surgery.

Dr. Haddad was very professional and courteous. Outstanding Doctor. My only issue is that Carolina Eye Associates over books and tries to push as many patients through in a day as possible. I have been in on three different occasions and each time I arrived on time and still had a 40-to-60-minute wait before being seen by the doctor and my time with the doctor seems rushed.

Been coming here for years now for my Keratoconus. The doctor is very friendly, helpful, and professional. My condition was communicated clearly and the doctor Sitterson was very helpful in instructing me my options of treatment and prevention. The only downside is long wait times.

Very kind doctor. Very helpful and caring. She does her best to recommend proper assistance and always has her patient's best at heart. I've been seeing her for a few years now for my Keratoconus and she's been amazing at helping me understand it, treat it, and live with it.
