Wonderful experience. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Dr Hales was awesome. I had been so overdue for an eye exam and Im so grateful I had a positive experience!

The Carolina eye association is the clinic to go with any type of eye issues.The Carolina facility has save my vision (Retinal detachment) multiple times for the past 15 years!! The staff and Doctors are dedicated and provide a world class services.Recommend to family and friends!

Everyone in this office is SO sweet! The young lady who came to get me for the initial eye checkup was absolutely AMAZING. I cant remember her name to save my life, but she was a young Black girl with locs and her name started with a T, I think. I had the best conversation with her and by the time we were done, I had informed her that I was officially adopting her lol.My exam was completed by Dr. Apple, also known in my head as Dr. McDreamy. Hes a young, handsome man with a beautifully, deep southern accent, a warm, personable demeanor, and a gorgeous head of red hair. He was super patient and answered any questions that I had.Lastly, there is a vibrant, sweet woman who works at the billing/ checkout desk when you first come in that I absolutely ADORE. Shes an older White woman (who looks MUCH younger than her actual age) with a cute blondish/whitish short hair cut. We had such a meaningful conversation and we actually hugged before I left. Such a sweet soul!I absolutely love this place and I dont plan on going anywhere else for my follow-up exam next year.
