I am impressed by the warm professionalism I experienced at the office during my appointment. Each of the staff members performed their task well but treated me as a person, not just another patient. Dr. Haddad clearly explained my diagnosis and what I could expect. She is obviously very busy, but took the time to ease my concerns and answer my questions. I highly recommend her if you have need of her expertise.

He was very concerned about my eye lids and that I need surgery and he was very thorough with pulling the eye lashes that needed to be pulled and removed more that were grow very close to my eyes.

She explained everything with a level of detail that more than satisfied my engineering brain!
