Dr. Hales and the entire staff were great. Very helpful and informative during the entire visit. The front desk staff ( Nancy) kept smiling even though the computer was not working as it should. She was very polite and helpful to me. Highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Mincey and Allison were terrific. Clear explanations on testing and options. Beautiful facility. And the front desk smiling young lady (sorry I didnt get her name) started my visit off right.

The medical staff made sure all of our questions were answered. They were knowledgeable and very thorough and friendly.My only change would be to have all the medical assessments performed prior to the surgery date (To exhausting for some patients to perform everything in one day).
