This was my first time at this facility. Everyone was really friendly and professional.I especially appreciated their efforts to work with this COVID 19 situation and mask up and wipe things down for the health of everyone. This is a sacrifice I know for some of us and they demonstrated their willingness to do so. Thank you

The process from examination to procedures went very well; however the requirement for a rapid covid1-9 test was a nightmare; Sept 6 was a holiday and most providers were closed, BJ Hospital was out of rapid test; if HarnettHealth Hospital in Lillington has not made a policy exception would not have had the procedure done on Sept 8.

I tore my cornea and had to be seen immediately per my regular eye doctor. They worked me in with the specialist that day. Everyone was helpful and patient with my questions, explaining things so I'd understand them. The assistant and nurse were kind and professional. Dr. Sitterson was gently, thorough and never made me feel like she was rushing or dint have time for questions. Everyone was incredibly helpful.

I enjoy each visit staff is very courteous and friendly couldnt be no nicer even the doctors . I recommend anyone with eye problems to visit Carolina eye.
