Great experience and checkup. Dr Hales was the best...very seamless exam making me feel welcome and appreciated. I recommend Carolina Eye and Dr. Hales without any reservations.

Im 55yo and this was my first time ever having my eyes checked and Ive got to say Carolina Eye Associates, Albemarle treated me with the utmost respect from check-in to check-out. Whatever they are paying Rebecca, its not enough! Her professionalism is next to none, as she explains everything she is going to do before she does anything to your eyes, made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Shes AWESOME!Dr. Billingsley is the same, first time seeing this doctor and he knows how to communicate with his patients. Explains everything in detail and is very easy to talk to. Great place!!!

Dr was excellent apt setup ok. But there is no way to setup an account and you cant email them. But they want you to use their portal but you cant
