The attention to detail, care, and concern, of every staff member encountered is wonderful. Definitely a place to get excellent care. And we are fortunate to have such great care available. HOWEVER, wait times are unreasonable. Being seen 1 hour+ after appointment time is unacceptable, but the norm. Why overbook that way?

Does a great job

I have been going to Carolina Eye for several years. They are always nice and courteous. I love Dr. Millender, she never makes me feel rushed and is always willing to go over any questions or concerns I have with my treatment. Please note they are an extremely busy practice, but I have never had any issues with appointment delays. They stay on track (or at least in my experience) and keep you close to your appointment time.
