Every person I met was friendly, competent and organized. Each process was smooth. I was able to leave with my optical prescription in hand as well as a summary of the visit with the ophthalmologist and an appointment time for a year later. The feature I wish they had was a room with subdued lighting to sit in while the eyes were reaching maximum dilation.
