There's professionalism from the time you walk into the building until you leave. Everyone understands their assignment and explains everything that they are doing to you.

This was my first visit here and I saw Dr Apple. He gets 5 stars for sure. Very kind and thorough with my exam and explanation of findings. But overall 4 stars due to length of time for a routine eye exam. It was a new experience being escorted from one exam room to the next with wait times in between. It should not take 1 1/2 hours for a routine eye appointment. But I will see Dr Apple again next year because my husband and I really liked him.
