Bring a book and be prepared to wait.BUT, everyone is nice and tries to make your visit as quick and painless as possible, but you still have to wait to be seen a long time.

My wait time was less than 15 minutes, people are friendly and my Dr Z was truly amazing. She explained my situation in a manner where I understood and she is truly has the patients best interest in mind. This location made my commute worthwhile.

The front desk staff is great!!!! My current provider, Dr. Kendall Wannamaker and his assistant, Caitland, are both very competent and caring. However, the wait time is really lengthy if you arrive at the wrong time of the day, but I'm not sure there's a great deal one can do about that----i.e., if you've gotta have care, you'll just have to hold your nose and wait your turn.Now that I am no longer under the care of Arghaven Almony at this location, I (overall) feel much better about this provider. She was a hand-full to deal with------and I would not recommend her as a provider unless you have no other choice.That said, again, I am extremely pleased with Dr. Wannamaker and his support staff.

Have been going to Carolina Eye Associates for almost 4 years. Dr Almony gives me monthly eye injections for my macular degeneration. Ive gone to the Southern Pines & Fayetteville offices & been treated with great kindness & respect!As to long waits, stop being so impatient!Youre not the only person in the world!Thank you CEA
