It was a friendly and professional environment. At first I felt a little nervous because of my eye health, but the conversations about the care I was experiencing and the calm and pleasant demeanor of the staff and Dr. Mincey made my experience perfect.

PA Thomas was very informative, Steven was patient & Ty was fast with the intake process without rushing. Everyone was excellent. I was in and out within 1 hour.

Very impressive encounter! The process is well-oiled and you are told exactly what is going on at each step. Dr Fakadej is helpful in offering tips to preserve vision, and knowledgeable about all things cataract!
