At first, I thought it was going to be like back in the military, Hurry up and wait. I was wrong. All of the ladies that work with the doctors are very professional and courteous. I felt very valued.

All areas were well managed and I felt I was given ample care. My only area of concern was scheduling!!Fast and very confusing due to the pace of the process and experience. Even after I asked for the young man to slow down he wouldnt. The experience should be about patient satisfaction and customer service, it was neither!!!

One of the nicest places I have ever been from the front desk to the technicians to Dr. Del Monte. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I love how Meredith encouraged me even though she knew I couldnt see anything. Fantastic experience!

I arrived about an hour earlier than my appointment time, I was checked in and just had to wait a few minutes before my name was called. Both the technician and Dr White were friendly ,professional and very efficient. I was impressed.
