Called at 2:30 to ask about the eye drops they gave me to see if I can use something else. Left message and they never called me back and now it's a weekend! On the recording they say to only leave one message and they will call you back! Not today.........?

This doctor made me feel like he really cared and understood what was going on with me as a new patient. He's very professional.

I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time and was taken right in when I arrived. All the team members were professional and friendly, and everything was clearly explained. They did a refraction for glasseswhich many ophthalmologists wont doand the doctor was polite and reassuring. Im very happy to have found this center and recommend it highly!!

Wonderfully good and competent doctors. Very caring to do the right thing for me, not just make as much money as possible. Dr Phillips even uses a pharmacy that cut the price of my eyedrop by more than 2/3! That's really important for us folk on Medicare! I'm grateful to God and to Carolina Eye Associates.

Been coming here for years now for my Keratoconus. The doctor is very friendly, helpful, and professional. My condition was communicated clearly and the doctor Sitterson was very helpful in instructing me my options of treatment and prevention. The only downside is long wait times.
