I had LASIK here a few months ago and was absolutely thrilled with the process. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and Drs. French and Harris have been great.

Very impressed with my first visit. Office was clean neat. Was greeted immediately by the lady at the front desk. I only waited 5-to 10 minutes to be called back. Everyone was very professional, yet sociable. I felt very comfortable and every procedure was explained to me in advance. Dr. Billingsley explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to buy glasses from Carolina Eye. They will be my eye doctor in the future and I even recommended to my husband.

Dr. Nicol Apple was wonderful. She was very professional, well experienced, described her work as the process evolved and gave understandable explainations of her findings. Dr. Apple and support staff were all conversational and tollerated my odd Scandinavian humor (bad jokes) goodnaturedly.Support staff conducted my new patient intake quickly and smoothly. This the best of my many new patient intakes since moving to North Carolina 14 months ago. The facilities are large and confusing to navigate without instructions from staff. The correct enterence is not well identified at parking lot entrance.Because of the size of the facility they may not be appropriate for all senior citizens, but they get my highest recommedations.
