My Doctor is first rate! But the process to be seen needs some attention. I have been coming to Carolina Eye for over a year now and every time the wait to be seen is excessive. The longest I have waited was almost 2 hours and on average its about 45 to a hour. The front staff is polite and helpful, but the whole process just seems very assembly line like.

I was seen swiftly and the staff were kind. The level of care was awesome and the doctor and nurses I had the pleasure of being cared for by were wonderful.

Dr. Pecan was my husbands doctor for over a year. This was my first time seeing her as a patient. She immediately asked where was my husband they had a wonderful doctor patient relationship. I had to share with her that my husband Edward passed. She was genuinely sorry for my loss and she showed me unconditional love and concern. My visit with her was excellent. She completely explained what she was about to do and offered the best course of treatment for my condition. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
