Waiting room less than ten minutes for technician who was friendly courteous professional back to waiting room for again about ten minutes before then sitting in examination room waiting for doctor about fifteen minutesChecking out quick convenient without having to wait and see another technician to receive purchasing options for glasses!Doctor acknowledged that VA would provide free pair, given my exam results, updated prescription and out the door!

Their administration needs improvement, but Dr.Lisa Sitterson and her team are exemplary. From the moment they took me into the surgical ward I was put at ease. From the outstanding nurses, to a very informative anesthesiologist, and Dr. Sitterson, I was walked through the entire procedure. The results of the DSEK surgery have been fantastic and I am eager to repeat the surgery on my right eye.
