My son and I have finally found our eye doctor after seeing several others. Dr. Phillips is attentive, friendly and informative! He listened to my concerns and gave feedback and suggestions for a plan of action that put me at ease about my sons eye health. We look forward to better eye health with Dr. Phillips.The staff at Carolina Eye Associates were all so friendly and professional. We were seen quickly and the process was smooth.

Called at 2:30 to ask about the eye drops they gave me to see if I can use something else. Left message and they never called me back and now it's a weekend! On the recording they say to only leave one message and they will call you back! Not today.........?

This doctor made me feel like he really cared and understood what was going on with me as a new patient. He's very professional.

Being a new patient, I had very little wait time. Staff was courteous and professional. Carolina Eye Associates is a major improvement over my previous eye clinic.

I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time and was taken right in when I arrived. All the team members were professional and friendly, and everything was clearly explained. They did a refraction for glasseswhich many ophthalmologists wont doand the doctor was polite and reassuring. Im very happy to have found this center and recommend it highly!!
