I was very pleased with my care and the expertise of my doctor. The office staff at both the Sanford and Southern Pines offices were friendly, experienced, and very helpful. The medical staff were also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.My only complaint, and it is a minor one, was pre-op instructions. I would rather have received them in the mail/email than try to play phone tag.I feel confident in recommending them to new patients.

Dr. French and his staff are very efficient and caring about his patients. Great outcome from the surgery.

My wait time was minimal and the nurses were thorough. My doctor was patient and I feel I received great care--thank you!
