your staff relaxed me. I did not know what was going on with the nurse relaxed me and told me everything and it was great. It was a nice experience that they made it easier for me. I want to thank you for everything.

I really like Christopher Shah. And would recommend him to anyone. And this practice is very nice also.

From the receptionists at the front desk to the recovery, service and treatment has been outstanding! I never had surgery before so I was a lot apprehensive but read extensively about the cataract surgery procedure. I elected no anesthesia, the surgery pre op nurses were funny and excellent. Inside the surgery room nurses were very informative, told me what to expect and assured me all would be well. Most of all Dr Shah who was my eye surgeon was kind, cool and collective! Knows his stuff and was finished first eye quickly, as I didnt even know when he finished!! Recovery nurses were great as well. Second eye surgery I could see right away but I owe it all to Dr Shah. Now I can see clearly now with the exception of reading glasses. But at 73 years old I couldnt be happier with my new eyes!

I was not in my home town and needed an Eye Dr experiencing some issues with my left eye so I found this office and from the time I went in to the time I left everyone was super helpful and super nice!!! I only wish they took my insurance I would definitely start going there!!!!

This process was very different from what I expected. Dr. Shah performed the cataract surgery in a short amount of time.However, after the surgery, I noticed a permanent black arch in the corner of my vision. I was later told it may never go away. I wish I had been informed of this possibility beforehand so I could have made a fully informed decision.I also felt there was very little concern or empathy after the surgery. While everyone was kind beforehand, I felt like there was little follow-up or interest in how I was doing afterward. Patients should be made aware of possible side effects and feel supported throughout the entire process.
