Staff friendly and efficient

Carolina Eye Associates reminds me of Chick fil A. Even though they may have a large number of customers, you never feel like youre waiting long and the staff is very upbeat and pleasant. They keep you moving by running multiple tests pretty quickly after youre checked it. By the time I reached the Dr. Millander Id only been there maybe 45 minutes. I think I may have misspelled my Drs name but what Im sure about is Carolina Eye has been my eye care team for 3 years running and Im not changing.I give them top marks.

Dr. Mincey is very pleasant and explains things well. I have medical related anxiety from numerous traumatic encounters with medical professionals but Dr. Mincey made me feel comfortable and at ease.

The receptionist, administration, and surgeon provided an excellent experience! I feel safe.
