My evaluation prior to cataract surgery was so smooth! They tested my eyes thoroughly (MANY different machines) - state of the art. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. All my questions were answered and I feel confident as I undertake this surgery. Follow-up paperwork helped as well.

Reception personnel are great. Appointments are always met on time. Medical technicians and nurses are outstanding, friendly and helpful, as are all personnel at Carolina Eye. Fortunately, for me, Dr. Paula Pecen is my doctor, and she has seen to it that my macular degeneration has been kept at bay. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my eye care. I look forward to my visits with the doctor. Five stars for Carolina Eye Associates, including Dr Shah.

I have been seeing the doctor on duty that day and as usual, she is very helpful and friendly and is very familiar with my eyes and is always very nice to me. The techs and receptionist are also very efficient and friendly. I could not ask for more!
