The doctors and nurses are top notch, but the administration check in and check out process is a mess and takes an unbelievable amount of time. There is no visible process when trying to leave. You are dropped into a room and no matter what your procedure was (eye check or surgery) you are left in a line. So patients in a great deal of pain after a procedure are left to sit sometimes for over an hour trying to leave. No care seems to be taken to expedite the process to leave. Its frustrating when you see your doctor for 10 minutes but end up sitting for two and three hours just waiting before and after. There has to be a better way to do business.

Dr. Fakadej is a very patient and knowledgeable surgeon. Everything went smoothly.

Excellent care, everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Dr Grissoms assistant, Deb introduced herself and was kind and caring w my elderly mom. Dr Grissom answered all her questions w patience and professionalism.
