The people at the Rockingham office of Carolina Eye Associates are pleasant and professional. This was especially true for Dr. Fisher. She graciously and with great knowledge answered my questions and explained the results of the exam. My only quibble is that some of the testing equipment seemed to be housed in a staff break room that has been somewhat repurposed.

I had a problem with my left eye lid and went to the office. The lady at the front desk said they dont have walk-in appointments, but she checked and was able to find an opening. Dr. Billingsley was able to see me and explain what I need to do for the swelling in my eye lid.

I was impressed with the attention to detail and organized effort to provide customer service

After suffering from a medical emergency, the staff was able to work me in to see the doctor. He prescribed medication and will follow up in a few days. The team was wonderful.
