Dr. Messner was excellent, as was his staff. He has excellent chair-side manner. He explained everything very clearly. He was also very accomodating since I was over 30 minutes late due to a traffic accident, but saw me anyway.

Dr. Messner and the staff were all excellent and very helpful. The only issue I had was with calling the clinic. I was on my way to the appointment and was delayed by a traffic accident. When I called the appointment line to let them know I would be late, I was on hold for over 20 minutes and hung up. I called again to reach their operator and again I was on hold for over fifteen minutes before the operator answered. Huge problem with their phone system. The administrator definitely needs to address this issue. It is unacceptable for patients to have to hold for that amount of time.

The staff was friendly, my appointment was on time. Dr Delmonte was excellent.
