Great customer service from everyone

Very efficient and personable staff. Dr. Shah was friendly and pleasant. He demonstrated professionalism, addressed my concerns and demonstrated good communication skills.

Very thorough, thoughtful, caring. Explained everything perfectly and made me feel as though I was her only patient. She took time to explain and to answer questions.

Staff was happy as well as professional and moved things along nicely. A happy staff usually correlates to pleasant work environment and relationships. Dr Pecen was great, my surgery was set up quickly and soon. The doctor explained what she was doing and what she found. I was given a choice of treatments. My choice was affirmed. I liked this place.
