Andrew T. Billingsley, M.D.

Dr. Andrew Billingsley is a general ophthalmologist and specializes in the treatment of eye diseases and disorders.

He received his medical degree from New York Medical College, served his internship at the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, and completed his residency at New York Medical College. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Billingsley joined Carolina Eye Associates in 2001. He and his wife Joanne live at Uwharrie Point in New London. They are the proud parents of two sons, Tyler and Dustin, and a daughter, Andi Marie. Dr. Billingsley enjoys fishing, golfing, snow and water skiing, and white-water rafting.
