Visitors to the Pinehurst/Southern Pines Center
Patients from across the United States and over 20 foreign counties have come to our flagship center in Pinehurst/Southern Pines for their eye care needs. Whether you are traveling from just a couple of miles away or from out of state, our staff is available to help make your journey and visit as comfortable as possible.
Many of our patients prefer to stay overnight the day of their surgery. Depending on the reason for their visit, some patients will need to be seen the day after their surgery for a postoperative checkup. These appointments are usually scheduled very early, making it convenient for some patients to stay in the area the night of surgery rather than travel back and forth from home.

Hotels
Visitors travel the world around to vacation in the Pinehurst/Southern Pines resort area. Accommodations range from budget-minded economy motels to luxurious four-star resorts.
Once you select a hotel, please contact them for reservations and mention that you are a patient at Carolina Eye. Many offer discounted rates for our patients. Hotel rates and class are rated from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest). Restaurants are located near all hotels. The Sandhills version of Restaurant Row is located around the junction of US15-501 and US1.
