Open Positions at Carolina Eye Associates

Lead Certified Ophthalmic Assistant – Full Time – Greensboro, NC.  Assist doctors during appointments, review charts, assist with exams. Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Prefer 1-3 years of medical office experience performing related tasks.

Ophthalmic Assistant – Part Time – Pinehurst, NC.  Assist doctors during appointments, review charts, assist with exams. Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Prefer 1-3 years of medical office experience performing related tasks.

Patient Service Representative – Full Time – Greensboro, NC.  Check-in patients, verify insurance, post payments.  Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Prefer Associates Degree in Medical Office Administration or similar education background.  Prefer 1-3 years medical office experience performing related tasks.

Human Resources Manager – Full Time – Pinehurst, NC.Oversee all functional areas of the Human Resources department to include recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training and development, HRIS administration, compensation/payroll, worker’s compensation, and employment law compliance.  Requires 3-5 years experience in Human Resources; degree in HR or Business Administration and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
